How a sand filter works

Water comes in

The pump pushes pool water through the multiport valve and into the top of the tank.

Sand traps the dirt

Water moves down through the sand bed. Fine dirt stays in the sand.

Clean water returns

Laterals at the bottom collect the water and send it up the standpipe and back to the pool.

Backwash to clean

Switch the valve to backwash. The flow reverses and flushes the trapped dirt to waste.

How much is a pool sand filter?

Prices start from RM 850 for the LW-T35 and go up to RM 7,600 for the LW-T140. The price of every model is on its card above.

Which filter size do I need?

Match the filter design flow to your pump flow. The design flow of each model is on its card above. If you are not sure, send us your pool size and we will suggest the pump and filter set.

Do you supply outside the Klang Valley?

Yes. We supply pool equipment across Malaysia, and a local contractor can install it. See pool equipment supply in Malaysia.

Can I buy the filter together with a pump and heat pump?

Yes. We can quote a complete equipment set: variable speed pump, sand filter, heat pump and salt chlorinator.
